A Message from Jessica Todd, Licensed Nurse, RCFE, Assisted Living Director
Bringing comfort and joy to older adults with Alzheimer's or other form of dementia has been my life's work for the past 15 years. Knowing I can make a difference in someone's life on a daily basis is the ultimate satisfaction.
After starting as a memory care caregiver, I served as an LVN in an Orange County skilled nursing facility followed by six years as the Director for the facility's Memory Care Center. I am a Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) Certified Administrator and handle the day-to-day responsibilities for Park Vista's Assisted Living and Memory Care Center.
The staff at The Gardens works extremely hard to enhance the quality of life and maintain the dignity of each resident. We also require extensive, consistent training to stay abreast of the latest findings on dementia and Alzheimer's for all staff members, from licensed nurses and activities experts to chefs and dining room servers. This commitment is reflected in the five-star rating from Medicare for our skilled nursing center.
Each resident is somebody's mother, father or grandparent. We take the responsibility for their well-being very seriously and strive every day to meet their physical, emotional and mental needs.
At The Gardens at Park Vista, your loved one will enjoy a beautiful, secure home where they are treated with the care and respect they deserve. I have always cherished the relationships built over the years with residents and their families and look forward to new beginnings with you and yours.
